Butterfly Pea Powder

If I was asked to define the term "a labor of love", it would be this powder. The vibrant butterfly pea flowers are handpicked, air dried, then dried some more by us. Once there is no moisture left in the flower, we milll them in micro batches to get a velvety smooth powder - akin to the texture of ceremonial matcha.

The powder looks grey in dry form, but once it comes into contact with water, the true royal blue is evident.  A stunning treat for any occasion.
